Privacy policy

We process your account data (e-mail, name), training data and – with your explicit consent – health-related data (injuries, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate) solely to personalise your training. Data is stored with Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt). Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Optional integrations (Strava, Apple Health) transfer only the activity data you authorise. You can export or delete all your data from the app at any time. Contact: team@spartantrainingapp.com.
